Guaranteed to deliver complete and on-time by the agreed upon time (9:00 am, noon, 3:30 pm, or 5:00 pm).

Subject to our published regional delivery or inter-regional delivery transit standards

• before 9:00 am (regional delivery)
  Holland: A 40% fee will apply to your standard price, subject to a $90 minimum up-charge.
  Reddaway: A 40% fee will apply to your standard price, subject to a $100 minimum up-charge.
  
  
• before noon (regional delivery and inter-regional delivery)
  A 30% fee will apply to your standard price, subject to a $60 minimum up-charge.
  
  
• before 3:30pm (regional delivery)
  A 20% fee will apply to your standard price, subject to a $30 minimum up-charge.
  
  
• before 5:00pm (inter-regional delivery)
  A 20% fee will apply to your standard price, subject to a $25 minimum up-charge.
  
  

Guaranteed Window

Guaranteed to deliver complete and on-time within the agreed upon window of time - not early, and not late.

The availability of each window option is subject to the date the delivery window begins.

• single-hour window
  Holland: a 45% fee will apply to your Standard price, subject to a $120 minimum
  Reddaway: a 45% fee will apply to your Standard price, subject to a $150 minimum
  
  
• multi-hour window
  Holland: a 35% fee will apply to your Standard price subject to a $80 minimum
  Reddaway: a 45% fee will apply to your Standard price, subject to a $150 minimum
  
  
• single-day or multi-day window
  Holland: a 25% fee will apply to your Standard price subject to a $40 minimum
  Reddaway: a 20% fee will apply to your Standard price, subject to a $30 minimum
